1. Account Registration & Eligibility
- To register on the mostpay platform, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
- Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration; mostpay reserves the right to terminate accounts found to have provided false or misleading information.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential; you must not allow anyone else to use your account.
- If any unauthorized access or suspicious activity is detected on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
- Mostpay may request identification or additional information at any time for account verification, and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
- Deposits on the mostpay platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh, and each transaction has a defined minimum and maximum limit.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process; your account must be fully verified for faster processing.
- Withdrawals will be sent to your registered payment method only; transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- In the case of any suspicious transaction or fraud, mostpay reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

3. Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
- All games on the mostpay platform are operated in a completely fair and transparent manner; there is no possibility of manipulating game outcomes, and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used.
- Mostpay will not be liable for any technical errors or disconnections that occur during gameplay; however, we will make every effort to resolve issues for players affected by clear technical faults.
- If any user employs fraudulent methods, bots, automated software, or other improper techniques, their account will be permanently terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.

- Mostpay may be required to investigate or suspend any account for legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority.
7. Right to Modify Terms & Conditions

The decision to return a balance depends on the nature and severity of the terms violation. In cases of fraudulent activity or the operation of multiple accounts, all balances may be forfeited.
